The fundamentals of building a flourishing MLM business will remain constant but one skill will absolutely explode your results! That skill is learning how to promote your company's events.
1. Vision. There is more to life and business than what is happening in your local areas. Your downlines need to widen their expectations for success by "seeing" what is possible in the business at events.
2. Conviction about your company is essential to success. If you don't believe in what your company represents, how can you promote it with any integrity? Attending an event will open up your vision and help you see the big picture.
3. Credibility. You will see the results of other successful people in your company. As you associate with these successful people, your credibility will be enhanced in your own team's eyes and in the eyes of your prospects.
4. Validation. You need to hear proof about your company's product and that the company is real and legitimate.
5. When you attend an event, another benefit is that you actually see that other people just like you are making money! Some rise to the top of the company faster than others, but the reality of it is, people are succeeding. If they are, you can!!
6. Reality check. Yes, events can serve to be a "gut" check for all of us. If we are not where we want to be in the business and others are, then the event can serve to help us recommit to doing what is necessary to make it.
7. When you and your team members attend an event, something magical happens. They see what is possible. They see the type of results that can be achieved.
8. Recognition. This is an opportunity to recognize yourself and your team for the accomplishments that have been realized. Never let an event pass where you have a team member not being recognized.
9. Decision. Major decisions to rank advance or to dedicate more focus to the business are made as a result of attendance at an event.
10. Explode Your Business. If you want to rank advance quickly within your company and see your monthly commission check go through the roof, become a great promoter!
