All it takes is common sense to realize that you need to get rid of the fat first so that your new slender waist size can be seen. As the three steps below explain.

The first is to sort out your diet. When you are wanting to lose weight this is where you should start first, as it is believed that 60% of weight loss is to do with what you are putting in your body. You can not out train a bad diet, but you can out diet bad training.

Second fact: Exercise is the area you should next concentrate on. You need to realise that the myth that you can decide where you want to lose weight is a bogus one, and concentrate on all body workouts.
